U4GM Why The League Quest in ARC Raiders Takes Two Runs Max
Some jobs in ARC Raiders feel like quick errands, and then you load in and realise you're gambling your kit on a couple of dusty souvenirs. "The League" is one of those. It sends you chasing old football odds and ends while ARC patrols do their usual thing—show up at the worst time. If you're trying to plan your run and keep your stash tidy, it helps to know what's fixed and what's pure luck, the same way you'd sort your ARC Raiders Items before you even step outside the shelter.
Start at the Water Towers
First stop is the Dam Battlegrounds, because that's where the Deflated Football is. The good news: it's not RNG. Head toward the Water Towers and look for a quest-specific container parked close to a tower base. It's an easy grab once you're on top of it. The bad news: the area is wide open, and you can feel exposed the second you slow down. Don't hang around fiddling with your inventory. Get in, grab it, then move off the skyline and into cover before a roaming machine or another raider decides you're free loot.
Don't Force the Bicycle Pump
The Bicycle Pump is the part that wastes time if you let it. It's random loot, so you can't just sprint to a single spot and be done. What usually works is treating it like a normal scav run: check toolboxes, storage closets, garages, and maintenance corners. Anywhere you'd expect hand tools or scrap. Since you're required to visit Buried City later anyway, it makes sense to search there rather than in the open stretches near the dam. Buried City has tighter streets and more containers per minute—just don't get greedy, because the longer you stay, the more likely something nasty wanders into your route.
Photo Ops Without Getting Flattened
There are two photos to take for Apollo, and they're simple if you don't overthink them. While you're still near the Water Towers, find the old goal post nearby and snap a clear shot. That objective tends to tick over as long as it's framed and you're close enough. Then in Buried City, hunt for the small kiosks—the little booth-style shops. Inside you'll spot old football magazines. Get the camera out, centre them in the view, and take the picture. If it doesn't register, shift your angle a bit; sometimes the prompt's fussy.
Cash It In and Reset Your Loadout
Once you've got the football, the pump, and both photos, don't do "one more building." Extract, breathe, and go hand everything to Apollo. The rewards are solid early: the Aviator Outfit (Faded Flush) plus Tagging Grenades and Firecrackers, which are handy when fights get messy and you need quick info. If you're short on supplies for the next drop—ammo, meds, or just reliable upgrades—some players top up through U4GM so they can get back out there without burning hours on bad loot streaks.
